Proper Set-up Position for Chipping.

FUNDAMENTALS  OF  CHIPPING

• Keep the ball back in your stance.
• Use a lower lofted club like a 9 or 8 iron.
• Keep about 75% of your weight on your front foot.
• Maintain a one-lever motion with shoulders....not with hands.
• Keep the grip in front of the club head during the entire swing.
• Land the ball about 1/3 in the air and it will roll 2/3 on the ground in general.
